Cancellation policy
Exact cancellation terms are displayed and accepted with each booking request. Information below is indicative.
Taxi
- Free cancellation: up to 24h before pickup
- Less than 24h: 50% of the amount charged
- No-show: 100% of the amount charged
- Exceptions: documented flight delay, justified medical emergency
Helicopter
- Free cancellation: up to 72h before flight
- From 72h to 24h: 50% of the amount charged
- Less than 24h: 100% of the amount charged
- Cancellation or postponement by operator due to weather: full refund or free rescheduling
Yacht
Standard schedule (may vary depending on owner):
- More than 7 days: Free cancellation (or non-refundable deposit depending on contract)
- From D-7 to D-3: 50% of the amount excl. APA
- Less than 3 days: 100% of the amount excl. APA
- Unused APA is refunded after service
Villa / Chalet
Terms vary depending on owner's contract. Generally:
- Initial deposit: 30-50% non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Balance: Due 30-60 days before arrival
- Late cancellation: Loss of balance if less than 30 days before arrival (depending on contract)
- Exact terms communicated when property is proposed
