Plan it like a local
Courchevel works like Saint-Tropez: a small destination, high demand, and limited prime availability. Restaurants, instructors, and the best experiences should be arranged before arrival.
Courchevel's levels (quick clarity)
Courchevel is built on several villages by altitude — including 1350 / 1550 / 1650 / 1850.
- 1850: the heart of the luxury scene (palaces, designer shopping, iconic tables)
- 1350 / 1550: linked efficiently to Courchevel via lifts/gondolas
- 1650: great skiing and sunlight; road transfers are often the simplest way to reach 1850 depending on your route
The 3 Vallées ski area
Courchevel is part of Les 3 Vallées. You can choose:
- a Courchevel-only pass
- or a full 3 Vallées pass if you plan to explore (Courchevel / Méribel / Val Thorens)
Slope restaurants (lunch seatings)
Most slope restaurants run two seatings:
- 12:00 / 12:30
- 14:30 / 15:00 (usually livelier)
Transfers & helicopters (Geneva)
Cashback: we return 10% cashback on eligible ground transfer/taxi bookings.
Cashback: we return 5% cashback on eligible helicopter bookings.
Private ski instructors (book early on peak weeks)
During holiday periods, availability becomes tight — if lessons matter to your trip, lock them in early.
The "hard-to-book" experiences
- Dog sledding: very limited supply, so it's one of the first activities to sell out.
- Snowmobile at night: after slopes close, it's a fun way to discover the mountain differently.
